  • 1 scoop Lovella Nutrition Whey Protein Concentrate, vanilla flavor
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup light coconut milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of frozen mango
  • 1 cup of frozen pineapple
  • Optional garnishes: lime slices, raspberries, pineapple wedges



  1. Place the pineapple juice, protein powder, coconut milk, banana, mango and pineapple in a blender; blend until completely smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses and add optional garnishes if desired. Serve immediately.
